With a lifelong passion for fitness and a deep commitment to coaching, Jordan has crafted a career that combines his love for active living with a dedication to helping others achieve their fitness goals.

Educational and Professional Background

​

Jordan’s journey in the world of fitness and wellness began with his academic pursuits. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Exercise Science from Ball State University, a foundation that equipped him with a deep understanding of the human body and the science of exercise. Furthering his education, Jordan obtained a Master of Science Management from the University of Notre Dame, blending his fitness expertise with strong leadership and management skills.

Jordan’s professional path is marked by a series of notable roles that highlight his expertise in fitness and his talent in coaching. He was a trailblazer at his university, becoming the first student to work as a Personal Trainer for the campus recreation department. His athletic skills were showcased as a member of the Men’s Boxing Club, where he competed in the 89th Annual Bengal Bouts Tournament, demonstrating not only his physical prowess but also his dedication and discipline.

Jordan holds several prestigious fitness certifications, including Certified Personal Trainer and Corrective Exercise Specialist from the National Academy of Sports Medicine (NASM). These qualifications enable him to offer a wide range of training programs, from high-intensity workouts to specialized corrective exercises, catering to diverse fitness needs.

Community Involvement and Previous Roles

Before establishing Iron Yokes, Jordan served as the Wellness Director at the local YMCA. In this role, he was instrumental in developing and directing healthy living initiatives, fostering a community-focused approach to wellness. His work at the YMCA was a testament to his ability to build strong relationships and promote healthy lifestyles among members and staff alike.

Jordan's commitment to the community extends beyond the gym. His tenure as an Operations and Product Specialist at Trinity Guardion in Batesville and his three years of coaching CYO basketball at St. Michael in Brookville demonstrate his versatility and his dedication to community service.
